Strategic planning is a choice of actions and decisions taken by management that lead to the development of specific strategies to achieve the organization’s goals. Given the nature of strategic planning, all projects are tailored to the agency’s particular needs and can range from assisting agencies, cradle to grave, with the step-by-step process for formulating a strategic plan, to facilitating leadership strategic planning off-sites to developing implementation plans.
