McKinley Curtis III is a 2010 Starfish graduate and retired Command Sergeant Major (CSM) of the United States Army. As a veteran, serving 30 years of active-duty
service, McKinley; also known as Charlie Mike (CM), recently retired as a GS-13 in civil service after 14 years on 31 January 2019.
